This year I have great expectations for myself. I want to do all the contests I did last year and push myself even more. I also want to apply to regional programs.
Competition: CKSTEM Debate Summer Contest (CDSC) - Year 2021
This was another gold medal for a public speaking or debate competition. This contest was conducted by Competitive Kids STEM free for all students across the globe. It was fun to be a part of an engaging debate contest.
CKSTEM Java Programming - Year 2021-2022
This was an honour to earn. Through my dedication and eagerness to learn, I had earned this scholarship for the Java Coding language, I would get a full year free of charge.

(Year: 2020-2021)
Grade 7 was a really surprising and weird year with an unexpected pandemic. Instead of all my prayers being with my competition, they are with all the families that were impacted with COVID-19.
CEMC Gauss Contest - Year 2021
The Gauss Mathematics competition was really enjoyable and challenging, but still easy in a way. I really like how they took concepts from middle school or grade 5 and implemented them in your problems, but if you did not know the concepts you would not be able to solve the problems.
CEMC Pascal Contest - Year 2021
This contest is conducted by the University of Waterloo for grade 9 students. I got an extremely high score in this contest. I am proud of myself!! (Participation)
Mathematica Contest - Year 2021
Mathematica was a fairly easy contest. I had got a certificate of distinction in the grade 8 version of it. The Euler contest was really fun and a really great experience.
American Math Competitions (AMC 8) - Year 2020
I personally think that all American Math Competitions are great experiences, the problems are really great and challenging. But when you find the solutions to the problems, they are usually really interesting.
Canadian Mathematical Gray Jay Competition (CMGJC) - Year 2020
I was very excited about this contest as it was a big challenge, I was taking grade 9 and 10 math when I was only in grade 7. I am really excited for next year to win this contest.
Canadian National Mathematics League (CNML 7) - Year 2021
It feels awesome to get a near-perfect score. It took a while to get a really high score of 33. Keep on trying!!
Purple Comet - Math Meet - Year 2020
This was an extremely challenging contest. There were 2 teams from Competitive Kids STEM that participated, each of 6 people. The first team came first in Ontario, and the second team (my team) came second in Ontario, so we claimed the top 2 spots in Ontario. I still thought we could do better.
Canadian Math Kangaroo Contest - Year 2021
I also did this contest through Competitive Kids STEM and I didn’t do my best in this competition, but there is always next year. I have wanted to do this contest for a really long time and I finally got to do it!!!
iLEAP Club (SoftSkills, Leadership, Public Speaking) Year - 2021
The iLEAP Club contest was a really great experience, I got a 2nd place silver medal for this contest. The topic that made me win was Mars colonization, I chose this subject because I have always had an abnormal love for space and especially us being a multi-planetary species, so I decided to do a speech on my passion.
S.P.A.R.K. STEM Project - Year 2020
This was a 3-day event consisting of coding, games and of course, fun. Me and my team of 3 were supposed to solve a mission depending on one of the problems of the world today using coding. There were different workshops throughout the day to help us create our solution.
Engineering Event in Peel STEMfeast - Year 2021
This was an amazing all-day event, we were taught how to design things on Blender and how to code in Scratch. With the skills we had learnt, we were to design and code a mars base.
Canadian Math Summer Contest (CMSC) - Year 2020
This was a really great contest by Competitive Kids STEM to keep me thinking and busy during the summer. It was a contest of 5 tests and the scoring was based on the average of your 5 tests.

I had also done this in the summer to keep me busy. Even though I did not have to take volunteer hours at that time I still enjoyed teaching some kids coding, DIY and how to create a youtube channel for them to use later on in their lives.

Spirit of math was a really enjoyable class, it was engaging, it was challenging, and it kept your brain running all the time. I had graduated with honours for getting a perfect score in the final exams. But I also thought that after spending too much time on one subject, it gets a little boring which is one of the reasons I dropped it.
First Lego League (FLL) - Year 2019
First LEGO League was a really great experience to solve some of the world's biggest problems. I personally really enjoy LEGO and coding so this was a perfect fit for me. We are given a mat to place all of the missions onto and we have to code an EV3 robot to do the mission; the more missions you do, the more points you get.

This was a project from school, you were supposed to create a question on a comparison, the question that was picked: which goes faster, solar car or electric. To solve this problem I made my own, after I added my motors and switches, I found the answer as electric is faster.

Apple camp was a really great experience that happened this summer. I personally enjoy Apple over Samsung, so I went to Apple camp for 3rd summer camp. I learnt some photography and just how Apple was made and some cool features in it. I also learned how to use iMovie
